Becoming a CJA Panel Attorney
Attorneys who wish to be considered for the CJA panel or mentorship program established in the Eastern District of Tennessee as part of the plan for representation of indigent defendants under the Criminal Justice Act of 1964, 18 U.S.C. 3006A, should submit a completed application by email to: [email protected] or by mail to: Federal Defender Services, 800 S.
