6. Know Your CLE Requirements!
As a reminder, panel attorneys are required to complete three hours of relevant CLE each calendar year. All seminars offered by Federal Defender Services (FDSET), all seminars offered by the Training Branch of the Defender Services Office (DSO), and all webinars found at www.fd.org satisfy the requirement. For seminars/recordings not sponsored by FDSET, you must supply a certificate of attendance to Sandy Waggoner for your credit to be documented.
There is no limit to the number of hours that can be earned virtually.
The deadline to submit other relevant seminar credit for approval is December 1. Requests submitted after December 1 will not be considered.
